Grilleda Alpina – flame-grilled specialities
Fire and meat – this is the new Alpetta. Selected cuts of meat such as baby back ribs or veal spider steaks sizzle on the indoor and outdoor grills. Alpine specialities such as Pizzoccheri (a buckwheat pasta dish), Capuns (dumplings rolled in chard leaves) and Älplermagronen (Swiss macaroni and cheese) warm both body and soul.
Snow Night
Every Friday evening, the Alpetta is devoted to fondue! It’s the perfect place to meet with friends for good times and great food.
