Fire and meat – this is the Alpetta. Selected cuts of meat such as baby back ribs or veal steaks sizzle on the indoor and outdoor grills. Alpine specialities such as Pizzoccheri (a buckwheat pasta dish) and Älplermagronen (Swiss macaroni and cheese) warm both body and soul.
