Grilleda Alpina – flame-grilled specialities

Fire and meat – this is the new Alpetta. Selected cuts of meat such as baby back ribs or veal spider steaks sizzle on the indoor and outdoor grills. Alpine specialities such as Pizzoccheri (a buckwheat pasta dish), Capuns (dumplings rolled in chard leaves) and Älplermagronen (Swiss macaroni and cheese) warm both body and soul.
 

The Alpetta in summer

The Alpetta’s surroundings may be different in summer – the alpine meadows are lush and green, the lakes down in the valley are blue, and instead of snow crunching underfoot you hear cowbells and the whistles of the marmots – but the Alpetta is the same as it is in winter. The Grilleda Alpina is also available in summer.
