Murtèl middle station–Hahnensee–St. Moritz-Bad
The Hahnensee is a gorgeous lake nestled between Swiss pines and firs in a moorland area.
The trail, which takes around three hours, starts at the Murtèl middle station and takes you to Lej da la Fuorcla and then down a scree slope to the Hahnensee. The Hahnensee is a lake nestled within a moorland. Surrounded by Swiss pines and firs, it’s the perfect place to stop and relax for a while. At the Hahnensee restaurant, the trail takes you on a steep path down through the forest to St. Moritz-Bad. Taking a detour to Lej Nair and Lej Marsch, and perhaps even having a swim there, will definitely be worth your while.
