From Corvatsch, you have a 360-degree panoramic view of the fairy-tale mountain scenery. Take the second section of the cable car up to the Corvatsch mountain station at 3,303 metres above sea level.

With its small lakes that reflect the mountains and clouds and the view of Piz Bernina with the Biancograt ridge, Fuorcla Surlej is simply fabulous.
After about 45 minutes of hiking and a few hairpin bends, you will be treated to a view that’s truly exquisite, even for Engadin: you see Piz Bernina and its striking Biancograt ridge towering before you, framed by Piz Tschierva, Piz Roseg and glaciers. On the left, high above Lej da Vadret, sits the Chamanna Coaz hut and below, Val Roseg is waiting to be discovered. There is a wide variety of hikes that start from Fuorcla Surlej, so whether you are looking for a shorter or longer hike, there will be something for you.
