The full moon bathes the slope and the mountains in its mystical bluish light. Be enchanted by the softness of the light and the stillness of the night.

Glüna Plaina is Romansh for "full moon". On full moon nights, when the lunar light is brightest, the Diavolezza cable car operates at night. The slope is freshly groomed and is illuminated only by the light of the full moon. Piz Palü appears dark and majestic, and the snowfields glitter in the moonlight. The atmosphere on these nights is truly special, and the night air is so fresh – Glüna Plaina is an unforgettable experience. After skiing, you can warm up with a tasty dinner at the Berghaus Restaurant.

Please note: Glüna Plaina will take place twice in 2027 and will only be held in good weather. We will provide an update on our website from 3.00 pm on the day of each Glüna Plaina event.
